Ok,

I have always been on the fence regarding the existence of bigfoot. But what I am interested in is if anyone has had a sighting in and around Montana? Do you have any evidence? Let me know and please post your story!

I personally have never had a experience or sighting. I am always looking for proof!

Although I haven't witnessed any animal here in Montana that resembles a bigfoot, at home in Iowa I did have an encounter with an animal that I would consider a bigfoot. I was riding my horse coming up a draw to an open field. On the other side of the open field was a tree line with a barbed wire fence separting them. As we came up to the top of the draw my horse starting acting up and my dog ran off(chicken!), when we got to the top of the hill across the field I saw a large dark creature step over the fence and disappear into the woods. I left that day but did come back the next, the fence was approximately 3-1/2 feet tall, this creature stepped over like it was a lot shorter, also, I did see large foot prints near the fence where it stepped over. Was it a bigfoot? I don't know but it freaked me and my horse out!! By the way, a couple days later there were reports on the local news about other sightings near the Skunk River which is just a few miles from where my sighting was.
